This retreat will introduce a direct method of discovering the living Dharma through our relational life.
Just like any spiritual practice it can be both challenging and liberating. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and trust your own responsiveness.
The hope in offering this event is that together we create helpful conditions that support and enrich our relational lives through participation in the Sangha jewel. Above all else, it reveals the Dharma through bringing awareness to what happens in our simple act of meeting.
We'll begin with some teaching input, then move into pair work, unfolding naturally into working together as a whole group in ‘process work’.
Suitable for those who have at least 6 months experience and who know the two meditations taught within the Triratna community. You will also need to commit to attending the whole event.
