From self to selflessness: navigating the dream of life.

Open men's retreat for those practicing in the Triratna tradition

fire flames

On this retreat we will explore through meditation, discussion, time in the bush and silence how we experience ourselves in our day to day lives and how we can take this experience deeper into understanding the Buddhist principle of 'Anatta'.

There will be six periods of meditation each day together with an unstructured solitary afternoon each day to reflect on the theme.

At the end of the retreat each participant will present in their own way their understanding of Anatta from their experience on the retreat.
