Following the thread...again

Online opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice through writing

Person writing in a notebook

There’s a thread you follow. It goes among things that change. But it doesn’t change . . . ‘
(William Stafford)

A day of Buddhist meditation, reflection and a unique approach to creative writing that may surprise you.

In another of their popular online workshops, Dhiramuni and Karunajoti invite you to pick up your pen and join them for a day. There will be three online sessions:

9am - 10.15am
11.30am – 12.45pm
3pm - 4.30pm

These will be interspersed with offline private writing time.

Writing loosely and creatively can go right to the heart of ourselves. It can open up access to a voice that may have been hidden or disguised. What appears on the page may actually surprise you!

You don’t have to be an experienced meditator, nor a clever writer. All you’ll need is an open mind and heart, and your pen and paper. There’ll be opportunities to share our work on the day with others, but there will be no pressure to do so. It won’t be compulsory.
