‘There’s a thread you follow. It goes among
things that change. But it doesn’t change . . . ‘

How are these troubling times affecting your life and your practice?
In this one day online retreat we’ll combine our spiritual practice with writing exercises to gently explore where we're at right now, and open up new directions where fresh and insightful personal discoveries may unfold.
There will be three online sessions:
9-10.15am, 11.30am - 12.45pm & 3-4.30pm
These will be interspersed with offline private writing time
You don’t have to be an experienced meditator, nor a clever writer. All you’ll need is an open mind and heart, and your pen and paper. There’ll be opportunities to read our work aloud in the company of others – but that will be entirely voluntary.
The zoom link will be sent out on Saturday afternoon to those who have booked online here
