Like many people who've made meditation part of their daily lives, meditation has never been a contemporary fad for us. Nor is it something we do as a job to make our living. Rather, it is something that contributes to making our life better. It brings us to life. And when done correctly, it works. When done correctly, meditation transforms us in such a way that we stop fighting the changing world and find instead a way to turn towards change. In times of fear and uncertainty, meditation becomes all the more helpful.

And simply put, we offer instruction in meditation in order to share something we find really useful.

Our normal Buddhist Meditation evening courses are usually limited bookings and fully booked. During these courses, we distribute downloadable led meditations and written material to support what we presented. Some of this can change when offered online, and some of it can stay the same. After some experimentation with online Zoom events, we're now ready to offer meditation instruction, live, online.

Signing up for this community list allows us to send you an online meeting link before the next "Essentials of Meditation" session. You'll also receive support material you can print out. And sometimes, when appropriate, you'll get a link to a downloadable led meditation practise. Hope you choose to join us. If you do sign-up, attend when you can, but we'll still keep you up-to-date on what is happening each night.
