Dharma night is suitable for those who are familiar with our meditation practices and would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for Sangha to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes you are still welcome to come and join in.
Vajrajyoti and Vikasini will lead this Easter Monday practice night. The evening will start with a lying-down body awareness practice so people can relax in the space and open to the possibility of growth and change. This will be follow by some chanting and a sitting meditation. The evening will finish a little earlier than usual. Do come and make the most of this opportunity to transition from the long weekend to the working week.
