Dharma Monday

Your money awakening

Amalavajras sun image

Money is a force in your life but how aware are you of its reality? Are you aware of how much you have and need, your beliefs about money and it's power over you? On this evening we'll explore these realities and find greater freedom not only in relation to money but to life.

Amalavajra will be visiting NZ from the UK and whilst he is here will be leading our Easter Order/mitra retreat as well as giving this public talk at the ABC. He has fundraised for Triratna projects, especially Karuna, since 1999 and now lives with Sangharakshita at Adhisthana. His aim is to help create a culture of greater clarity, confidence, and abundance. See him on vimeo here...

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.

The usual program for the evening is a talk on some aspect of Buddhism, tea break, then group meditation to end the evening. It may run a little differently on this particular evening.
