Dharma Monday

Seeing through illusion

Yellow Buddha

Buddhist wisdom practices provide tools to help us see the way things really are. Some are active and directive, others cultivate an open, receptive awareness so that our habitual ways of seeing things drop away and we can perceive ourselves, others and the world around us without preconceptions. On this evening Vajrajyoti will explore how we can more deeply understand the true nature of conditioned existence and let go into a more spacious, loving reality.

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.

The usual program for the evening is a talk on some aspect of Buddhism, tea break, then group meditation to end the evening.
