Dharma Monday

Meditation: Staying sane in a world gone mad (part 2)

buddha

As part of our current series on meditation Maree and Vajrajyoti will remind our minds, bodies and hearts what it’s like to feel truly sane.

Starting at 7pm in the shrine room, we’ll play around with different approaches to meditation until about 8.30pm.

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.
