Dharma Monday

Breath, heart, body: Meditating from the inside

Buddha Amitabha

Lighting the heart’s fire
We’ll explore different ways of igniting our heart’s innate capacity for kindness and compassion. Come along and warm up your heart and mind.

Start 2016 as you plan to continue – with a clear mind, a warm heart and a relaxed, energised body. Come along on three Monday nights in January and explore different ways to enliven your meditation practice. If you don’t meditate already, you’ll be taught three meditation practices that can transform your life.

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.
