Dharma Monday

meditation practise evening

buddha face from bristol buddhist centre

This evening will be dedicated to the collective exploration and practise of meditation, one of the most important tools we have for personal transformation towards Awakening. By talking about meditation together, we might learn some new approaches or find some new perspectives which will help you to take your practise of meditation deeper.

This particular evening is suitable for beginners, but most relevant for those who already have a personal meditation practise established. All welcome.

More generally, Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.

The usual program for the evening is a talk or discussion on some aspect of Buddhism, tea break, then group meditation to end the evening.
