A weekend non-residential retreat with Vimalasara

Vimalasara (Dr Valerie Mason-John) has been leading retreats for over 15 years on the themes of:

Mindfulness and Loving Kindness
Four Basic Needs of the Heart – Attention, Affection, Appreciation, Acceptance
Working with Addiction
Eight Step Recovery
Mindfulness-Based Addiction Recovery

She will be in Auckland for just a few days only and during that time will be leading a non-residential retreat at the Auckland Buddhist Centre on the theme of 'Compassionate Dharma'.

This retreat is for members of the Buddhist Recovery Network and the Auckland Buddhist Centre Sangha.

Please bring your own vegetarian lunch for Saturday - morning tea will be provided on both days.
