We will be leaving our Centre soon (next week's BRN on Sunday May 7th will be the last at Richmond Rd - we will be temporarily moving to the Ponsonby Community Centre (Freda Stark Room) from May 14th at 6pm)

This week we will start a little earlier - at 5.30pm, for a sweet snack prior to our usual group start at around 6pm. Then at around 7pm, we will move to the Shrine Room for a led meditation / reflection related to leaving the Centre we have become so connected with.

Please join us for this special occasion. We hope to see a few folk we haven't for a while, but new people are also always welcome. If you are able, please bring something to share for nibbles.

Our meetings include explorations of how mindfulness and other Buddhist tools can help with maintaining mental health in general and abstinence from drugs and alcohol in particular. We also meditate every time we meet, usually for 20-30 minutes. We give plenty of guidance on how to meditate and can also help with posture.

Please visit our Buddhist Recovery Network page for more detailed information and some useful resources.
