BRN Retreat: Staying sane through skilful intention

For people in recovery

Stupa Sunset

On this retreat we'll explore how to create a happier and healthier life for ourselves by paying attention to our intentions. If we know where we're really coming from before we act we can make more conscious choices. Not only is this good for us, it's good for the world.
