Best of truths are the Four Truths

So says the Buddha in the Dhammapada. The Four Noble Truths are one of the most fundamental and well known teachings of the Buddha. But what do they really mean? What significance do they hold for our life and practice? Why are the Four Truths considered the ‘best of truths’?

Jnanadhara, our incoming president, will be exploring these questions, and revealing the riches that can be mined from this apparently simple formula...

This is part of a series of events offered by Nagabodhi, who is stepping down as president of the ABC, and Jnanadhara, our incoming president, over the course of this weekend in February.

The morning will begin with a led meditation followed by Jnanadhara's talk. There will also be an opportunity to chat with them both during the break.

You are all very welcome to attend.
