Women's Retreat
Uncovering the inherent goodness in ourselves
During this short sangha building retreat we will explore ways in which we can uncover the inherent beauty in ourselves. Uncovering our own beauty and our own truth, a process of uncovering something within, rather that having to change or create something that is not there. This will be a gentle exploration using the principals of 'Wabi Sabi' the Japanese art form of 'finding the beautiful in the unbeautiful'.
We will meditate together, listen to a talk or two, learn some practices to uncover that inner beauty as well as spending time with old friends and friends yet to be.
For women who regularly attend the ABC and are familiar with our meditation practices.
