Triratna Buddhist Community

Join us for a Sangha picnic at Coyle Park, Point Chevalier

Children playing

Once a year we set aside a weekend to commemorate the founding of the Triratna Buddhist community in 1967 by Sangharakshita (originally known as the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order or FWBO).

This year we have decided to celebrate Triratna Community day with a family friendly end of summer Sangha picnic at Coyle Park, Point Chevalier.

There will be games for the children and we invite you to bring a vegetarian picnic.

Follow this link to listen to a talk by Sangharakshita on the 6 Distinctive Emphases of the Triratna Buddhist Community.

This talk is one of many available at Free Buddhist Audio.
