Gearing up for the end of the year can be a stressful and distressing time for many, and that's on top of a year that has already proven to be unpredictable and challenging. We've been focusing for the last few weeks on the ancient techniques taught by the Buddha to calm the mind and bring a peaceful heart to our circumstances. For this last Sangha night of 2021, we'll simply explore mindfulness meditation together.

Wednesday nights are a place for people who have attended our foundation courses to come together and celebrate community as well as an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Buddha's teaching, and their understanding of how to practice it.
