You are sitting in meditation but all the inconveniences of the day, with its struggles and irritations, swirl around and around, occupying all your energy. Suddenly a memory of a time you were wronged by someone in your life comes vividly to mind and feelings of anger and hatred arise and consume your attention. This is the world of 'ill will', a classic hindrance in meditation.
Tonight Cittamuni will explore this hindrance. He will describe what it is, how it arises, and how it can be transformed into acceptance and deeper connection with others.
This is part of our current series on 5 classic hindrances to practice.
Wednesday nights are a place for people who have attended our foundation courses to come together and celebrate community as well as an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Buddha's teaching, and their understanding of how to practice it.
