This class is the place for newcomers to the Auckland Buddhist Centre to learn meditation and the basics of Buddhism and how we practice it within our tradition.

While our centre is being renovated, we are holding our regular intro programme at 113 Mt Eden Road, with the exception of the first Monday of each month, when we'll meet online. Tonight we'll have an open question and answer session, so roll up with any questions you have about our centre and Buddhism in general.
