Earlier this year we were very fortunate to have Abhaya, a senior member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, visiting from the UK. He is a regular contributor to the artistic and literary sides of the movement. In addition to leading the 'Awakening to Beauty' Waitangi weekend retreat at Sudarshanaloka he also gave this public talk at the ABC.
