Week 1 Mindfulness
Pick one thing you could bring continuity of awareness to in your life this week. For example: keeping track of your keys, your pen, your phone, how you intend to use your time. Then see if you can maintain awareness of this 'object'. Notice every time you lose track and simply begin again with an intention of maintaining continuity of awareness.
