Viprasanna

Viprasanna discovered Yoga at the age of 28 and Buddhism a few years later. He was ordained in the UK 1993 and qualified as a yoga teacher in 1999. During his career, he has helped run the Norwich Buddhist Centre and worked for the Evolution Arts & Health Centre in Brighton, UK. In 2003, he married and became stepfather to 4 children, entering thereby a challenging period of more deeply applied Buddhist and Yoga practice! Now in his late 60's, he continues to teach Yoga and Buddhism mainly in the UK. Viprasanna visits New Zealand every 2 or 3 years inspired by the vision of Sudarshanaloka. He is also a performing musician and a genealogist.
