Sraddhika

I've been involved in the Auckland Buddhist Centre since returning to New Zealand in 2002 after living in London and travelling. I was ordained in 2025. I love being part of the Triratna community and appreciate the spiritual friendships and opportunities to practice together and weave Dharma into daily life. I aspire to bring kindness and clear seeing to meet the ups and downs of life.

I enjoy continuing to deepen and grow and help others connect with the Three Jewels. Over the years my family has been involved in various activities at the Auckland Buddhist Centre, including family retreats, and my now teenage daughters have flourished with the gifts of Dharma and meditation.
