Sarah Guppy

I have been an artist most of my life, studying both fine art and graphic design at AUT Auckland before traveling to England , studying Art at Morley College and training as Gilder where I worked on frames, furniture, restoration and architectural projects.

I came to the Auckland Buddhist Centre and began study in 2014, becoming a mitra in 2015.
I love poetry, gardening, yoga, ceramics and cooking which I consider like making a painting - colour, texture, composition and feeling. I am delighted to be part of the ABC arts team, endeavouring to share the creative response that perpetuates inspiration.
